We offer two 350 square metres of fitness suites with state of the art cardiovascular equipment. This allows our members to workout in comfort, in a well-equipped, spacious environment with the latest computerised equipment. Fitness goals are achieved through using a wide variety of our cardiovascular equipment.

Resistance Equipment - We offer a comprehensive range of state of the art pin loaded resistance equipment, which incorporates a total body workout suited for all training levels featuring 35 pieces of equipment.
Free Weights Studio
Dedicated free weights training studio incorporating Smith Machines, Bench Press, Barbells & Dumb-bells.
Pool - We are one of a select few fitness facilities, which offers a swimming pool in the heart of Dublin. Whether it is for specific fitness swimming training or just a relaxing swim, the Iveagh pool can accommodate you.
Also incorporated in the wet area are: Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room, Jacuzzi and Plunge Pool
